We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support and meet the requirements below, we would love to hear from you!
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers.
Process customer orders through our ERP system.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records based on interactions.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and operations.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to listen and convey information clearly to meet customer needs.
Problem-solving skills: Quick thinking and critical analysis to address and resolve inquiries.
PC proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with solid experience using ERP systems.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service or supply chain role.
Product knowledge: Willingness to learn and apply product-specific information. Full training provided.
